Databases

The CLiMB gathers biotechnology data both national and international, and provides biological databases and information service to all the scientists or scientific communities to promote the development of life science.

Genome Browser

Agilefox is a genome browser which displays graphical view of maps and sequence data for a selected organism in genome database. It allows you to view an organism’s whole genome, complete chromosomes, sequence maps with contigs and sequence data for a region of interest.
